All of our information comes from databases that charge a fee for accessing the information. If the report that you receive is shorter than you expected, or has less information than you would like to have had, it is because that is all the information that is available in the databases that you paid to have searched..

Verires guarantees that we will retrieve all the information available in the categories that we are paid to search. If another information service finds pertinent information from the same category that you paid us to search, that we did not find, we will cheerfully refund your charges for that search.

This guarantee serves two purposes. It lets our customers know that they are getting the best service available, and keeps us informed should there be information available that we have overlooked. All that is necessary in order for you to receive your refund is to fax us a copy of the other companies search results, just as they were received, and after we confirm the data we will refund the entire fee for the search.
